L’Oreal Purchases Distribution Business

The SalonCentric division of L'Oreal USA is extending its distribution in the U.S.

L’Oreal USA has announced that its SalonCentric division has acquired Emiliani Enterprises, a New Jersey-based distribusion company. Due to the acquisition, L’Oreal’s SalonCentric division will be extending its distribution in the U.S., which now includes 48 states.

Emiliani Enterprises supplies hair salons through a network of representatives and sales outlets open only to professionals. According to L’Oreal, its Professional Products Division is determined to offer a better service to American hair salons, and this is a step toward that goal.
